But instead of giving up, Brent came back stronger. By 2005, he had earned his Broker’s license in Florida and weathered the storm of the 2007–2008 market crash.

In 2009, he launched his own brokerage. That venture didn’t last — but the lessons learned became the foundation of his leadership philosophy: fail fast, learn faster, and build systems that last.

By 2017, Brent dedicated himself fully to coaching. He launched a program in Northwest Florida where 80% of the agents were brand new — yet under his guidance, they produced over $1M in gross commission income within two years.

Today, Brent is the National Coach & Trainer at The Locker Room, working with brokers, owners, and team leaders across the country. He also serves as Fractional CEO for a Chicago brokerage, where he helps companies achieve scalable, sustainable recruiting success.
