IS THIS A VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON PROGRAM?

Broker TRACK is a virtual 12-week program. All sessions will be administered via Zoom, however, collaboration outside of the zoom will be part of assigned homework. Sessions will be recorded, but only sent out in approved circumstances. Our expectation is that you are on the weekly meeting and play ALL IN.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME DURING THE 12 WEEKS?

By signing up for the Broker TRACK program, you are also agreeing to the following commitments:

The Broker’s Commitment:

-I commit to attend each Broker TRACK session in a quiet environment (no driving), with my camera on.

-I commit to show up like a leader. 

-I commit to BLOCKING MY CALENDAR and attending 80% of the sessions for Broker TRACK. (10 out of 13 sessions-The Kickoff Class is a MUST ATTEND) If I cannot attend, I will notify my coach AND my accountability partner at least 24 HOURS in advance of the session. 

-I agree to meet with my Accountability Partner for at least 15 minutes M-F, either via zoom or phone.

-I commit to completing all assignments to the best of my ability each week.

The Locker Room’s Commitment: 

-TLR will show up on time, prepared, organized and passionate. 

-TLR will send out recaps of the sessions to attendees/those who notified us 24 hours in advance they could not attend.

-TLR will share “bonus materials” via email each week to attendees/those with a pre-arranged absence. 

-TLR will welcome your feedback about improvements we could make to Broker TRACK. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

There are 2 payment options for Broker TRACK:

Option 1 - 3 monthly payments of $497 each. You will be billed the first installment upon sign up. The second and third installments on the same day of month 2 and 3.

Option 2 - Pay the entire 3 months up front - $1,491. You will be billed the full amount upon sign up.

I CAN'T COMMIT TO THIS PROGRAM RIGHT NOW. DO YOU HAVE FUTURE DATES?

YES! TLR will be launching new groups of Broker TRACK monthly. Please contact [email protected] to learn about our next launch dates.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Per the terms and conditions (found HERE), there are no refunds for the Broker TRACK. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable. If the participant chooses to leave the program at any time, future installment payments will still be paid to the Company.
